01Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the My Swim mobile application ("App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is operated by a swimming school and its authorised staff. We collect the minimum information needed to run the App, and we never sell your data. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

02Information We Collect

Account details — name, email, and a password, used to sign you in. Swimmer accounts are created by trainers or school managers, not by self-registration.
Training data — workouts you or your coach log: distance, times, strokes, sets, notes, and any photos you attach.
Group & role data — which swim group, squad, or school you belong to and your role (swimmer, coach, or administrator).
Device & diagnostic data — operating system, app version, and crash logs, used only to fix bugs and keep the App stable.

03What We Don't Collect

Your contacts, microphone, or precise location — unless you explicitly opt in for a specific feature.
Advertising identifiers, device fingerprinting, or third-party behavioural analytics.
Payment card numbers — any billing is handled by the app store, not stored by us.

04How We Use Information

We use your information to show you your training, sync it across your devices, generate AI coaching reports, and — if you belong to a swim school — share what you choose with your coach or administrator. We also use diagnostic data to fix problems and improve performance. We do not use your training data for advertising.

05AI Reports & Gemini

Third-party AI processing. AI coaching reports are generated using Google's Gemini API. When a report is requested, the relevant training data is sent to Google for processing under their API terms. Reports are informational only and are not medical, nutritional, or coaching advice. You can choose not to use AI features.

06Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only with:

Your swim school — coaches and administrators see the training data you log within your group.
Service providers — cloud hosting and the Gemini API, acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
Legal authorities — only where required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

07Children's Privacy

My Swim is used by swim schools that may include minors. Accounts for minors are created and managed by the school and a parent or guardian's consent is obtained by the school as required by local law. Parents or guardians may request access to, or deletion of, a child's data at any time by contacting their school or [email protected].

08Data Retention

We keep your training data for as long as your account is active so you can track progress over time. If your account is closed, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

09Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised school staff and the service providers needed to run the App. While no system is perfectly secure, we use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

10Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing [email protected]. Export is available as CSV or JSON, and account deletion is complete — no waiting periods. Under GDPR and similar laws, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

3. מה אין אנו אוספים

אנשי קשר, מיקרופון או מיקום מדויק — אלא אם כן הסכמת במפורש לתכונה ספציפית.
מזהי פרסום, טביעת אצבע של מכשיר או ניתוח התנהגותי של צד שלישי.

4. Как мы используем информацию

Мы используем данные для показа тренировок, синхронизации между устройствами, создания ИИ-отчётов и передачи выбранных вами данных тренеру или администратору. Мы не используем тренировочные данные для рекламы.

5. ИИ-отчёты и Gemini

Обработка ИИ третьей стороной. ИИ-отчёты создаются с использованием Google Gemini API. Отчёты носят информационный характер и не являются медицинской, диетической или тренерской рекомендацией.

6. Передача и раскрытие

Мы передаём вашу информацию только вашей школе плавания, поставщикам услуг и государственным органам по требованию закона. Мы не продаём ваши персональные данные.

7. Конфиденциальность детей

Аккаунты несовершеннолетних создаются и управляются школой, а согласие родителя получает школа. Родители могут запросить данные ребёнка или их удаление, написав на [email protected].

8. Хранение данных

Данные хранятся, пока аккаунт активен. После закрытия аккаунта данные удаляются в течение 30 дней.

9. Безопасность

Данные шифруются при передаче и хранении. Доступ ограничен уполномоченным персоналом и поставщиками услуг.

10. Ваши права

Вы можете получить доступ, экспортировать, исправить или удалить данные через Настройки → Конфиденциальность или написав на [email protected].

11. Изменения политики

Мы можем обновлять эту Политику. Продолжение использования Приложения означает согласие с обновлённой Политикой.
