By downloading, installing, or using the My Swim mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including swimmers, coaches, and school administrators.
My Swim is a swim training and school management application that allows users to log training sessions, track performance, manage swimmer groups, generate AI-powered coaching reports, and communicate within a swim school context. The App is operated by the swimming school and its authorised staff.
Swimmer accounts are created by trainers or school managers — swimmers do not self-register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your school administrator or contact [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by or licensed to the App operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the personal training data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant the operator a limited licence to process and display your data solely to provide the App's services, including AI report generation. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. תאריך "עדכון אחרון" בראש הדף ישקף כל שינוי. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

My Swim — приложение для тренировок по плаванию и управления школой, позволяющее записывать тренировки, отслеживать результаты, управлять группами, создавать ИИ-отчёты тренера и общаться в рамках школы плавания.
Аккаунты пловцов создаются тренерами или администраторами школы — пловцы не регистрируются самостоятельно. Вы несёте ответственность за сохранность своих учётных данных. Немедленно уведомите администратора или напишите на [email protected], если считаете, что ваш аккаунт скомпрометирован.
Вы соглашаетесь не:
Весь контент и функциональность Приложения принадлежат оператору или лицензированы им и защищены законами об интеллектуальной собственности. Вам предоставляется ограниченная, неисключительная лицензия на использование Приложения по назначению.
Вы сохраняете право собственности на личные тренировочные данные. Используя Приложение, вы предоставляете оператору ограниченную лицензию на обработку данных исключительно для предоставления услуг. Мы не продаём ваши данные третьим сторонам.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Оператор не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные, особые или штрафные убытки, возникшие в результате использования Приложения.
Мы можем время от времени обновлять эти Условия. Дата «Последнее обновление» будет отражать изменения. Продолжение использования Приложения означает согласие с обновлёнными Условиями.
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Государства Израиль без учёта его коллизионных норм.
